I can't understand or speak a lick of German and approached this album mainly for Brous Uno's amazing beats.
However upon listening to Dennis Da Menace's flow over Brous' beats, I think I like the vocal version better! <insert surprised face>
I thought 12Vince & Slowy were the German Producer/MC combo to beat but, after listening to Gourmet I'd give Brous One & Dennis Da Menace the edge.

Nach der 2013 erschienenen "Bombentest" EP haben sich Brous One und Dennis da Menace erneut zusammengetan und ein 12 - gängiges Album gezaubert, welches den Namen "Gourmet" trägt.
Vom mystischen "Hokkaido", erster Gang des Menüs, über "Minestrone" und "Sauvignon Blanc" lassen die beiden keinen Zweifel daran, dass hier mit Rafinesse und viel Liebe zum Detail gekocht wurde. Geschmackssichere Samples, messerscharfe Raps und ein unverkennbarer Flavor bilden den roten Faden, der den Hörer durch das Menü führt. Als Gäste haben sich die beiden neben Feinschmecker Retrogott, mit dem einige "Walnüsse" geknackt wurden, auch noch Jacob Medrea (Saxophon), B. Dom (Saxophon, Trompete) und Greco (Bass, Gitarre) eingeladen, die ihren, in diesem Fall delikaten Senf dazu geben, welcher den Songs das nötige Feuer verleiht. All griller, no filler.
